Join us for a special evening with Andy Hatch! Owner and cheesemaker of award-winning cheeses Pleasant Ridge and Rush Creek Reserve. Andy will share with you his story, his farming and cheesemaking philosophy and how his cheeses are made while you enjoy each in a small plate course.
